1. 12 Oz Organic Cranberries
2. 1 Cup Apple Cider
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1/8 Tsp Freshly Grated Ginger
Orange Zest To Taste (optional)
Place all ingredients in a saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil. Simmer and allow berries to pop and mixture to thicken. This only takes 7 to 15 minutes.
