Handful of Strawberries and/or any combination of seasonal fruit
1 - 2 C of Whole Milk Yogurt
1 - 2 C Whole Milk, Coconut Milk or almond milk
As much Maple Syrup your taste buds desire
a few ice cubes (optional)
Add ingredients to blender and blend till smooth or add ingredients to a jar and use an immersion blender to mix.
