This salad dressing is very simple but delicious with the savory taste of Maple Syrup. You can make a bigger batch and keep in a jar in the refrigerator for 1-2 months. Enjoy this dressing to top any green salad!
3/4 Cup to 1 Cup Olive Oil or Canola Oil, or Combination of both
1/4 Cup Balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
1/4 Cup Justamere's Maple Syrup
2-4 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
2 Minced Cloves of Organic Garlic
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Mix together all ingredients except oil. Whisk in oil slowly until dressing emulsifies. Add salt and pepper to taste.
