These back to school cookies are a breeze to make with my Wheat Free Maple Pecan Granola Mix. You do not need to pull out the mixer. Just stir together the dry ingredients with wet ingredients and bake. Simple is good with busy lives! These cookies are deliciously yummy with a chewy texture and savory taste of Maple!
1 1/8 Cup Almond Flour
1/8 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Marian's Maple Pecan Granola
1/2 Cup Justamere's Maple Sugar
1 Large Fresh Egg
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1 Tsp. Gluten Free Vanilla
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Gradually blend dry mixture into egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 6-10 minutes or until golden brown.
