These brownies were made gluten free with almond flour and sweetened with maple sugar. They are delicious right out of the oven!
Preheat oven 375 degrees
4 oz. 100% cocoa Ghirardelli Chocolate
1/2 cup butter
1 cup Justamere's Maple Sugar
2 farm fresh eggs
3/4 cup almond flour (can substitute any flour here)
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4-1/2 cup toasted pecans
Melt chocolate and butter in Double boiler pan.
Beat eggs and sugar together and add melted chocolate and butter to mixture.
Add rest of ingredients and stir. Pour into buttered baking dish and bake for 15 -18 minutes.( I take them out just a bit sticky.)
