Moist Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Celebrate the rich bounty of the late summer harvest with this fantastic recipe for a delectable dessert--Moist Chocolate Zucchini Cake with fresh garden zucchini and Justamere's organic maple sugar!

1 c. unbleached all-purpose flour

1 c. whole wheat flour

1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tsp. baking powder

2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. fine sea salt

8 tbsp. (one stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature

1.2 c. olive oil

3 large, room temperature eggs

1/2 c. yogurt

3 c. grated zucchini (about 4 medium zucchini)
