Maple Seed Energy Bar (raw, vegan, gluten, and dairy free)

1/2 Cup Organic Sunflower Seed
1/2 Cup Dried Shredded Organic Coconut
1/8 Cup Organic Flaxseed
1/8 Cup Organic Chia Seed
1/4 Cup Organic Sesame Seed
1/8 Cup Raw Cacao Powder or Unsweetened Cocoa
10 Organic Medjool Dates
6 Tablespoon Organic Coconut Oil
1/8 Cup Justamere's Maple Syrup
Add After Blended
6 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Organic Almonds
1/4 Cup Organic Raisins or Preferred Dried Fruit
1. In food processor, pulse the dry ingredients quickly. Do not over -process, you want it a little crunchy. Place mixture in a bowl and set aside. Add half of the dates and the rest of the wet ingredients to the food processor. Run for 30 seconds, then add rest of dates until mixture is somewhat smooth.
2. Pour dry ingredients over wet ingredients. Add almonds and raisins to this mixture and buzz till mixed. Press mixture evenly in a bread loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes and cut into bars. Store in air-tight container. Can easily double this recipe.
