These Maple Sugar Crumbles are 100% pure maple syrup in larger, irregular crystals with a satisfying crunch that fine sugar can't deliver. Use them as a streusel topping on muffins, crisps, or coffee cake; scatter them over oatmeal, yogurt, or ice cream; or fold them into cookie dough for pockets of caramelized maple.
